INVOICE

📋 Terms & Conditions

1. All prices are in QAR unless stated otherwise.
2. Please pay within 7 days by cash or bank transfer.
3. 70% advance payment and 30% upon completion of the project.
4. Installed products have a valid time period and renewal date.
5. Once the renewal date expires, the client must pay the renewal charge.
6. Digital keys are non-refundable once delivered.
7. We are not responsible for problems caused by installing third-party software, extensions, or modifications.
8. Returns are allowed within 2 days from the invoice date.
9. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the invoice date. Original packaging and invoices are strictly required.
10. Cash refunds of QAR 1,000.00 or above will be issued by cheque by our corporate office within 3 working days.
11. Devices are warranted by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the invoice date. Please contact or visit our service centre.
12. Any variation is subject to an additional cost.
13. Any work not mentioned in this invoice will be considered extra work and charged accordingly.
14. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided for online or remote support services, or for work completed at the client's premises.
15. Goods remain the property of Mushabs.com until full payment is received.
